News from Northern Ireland
You can enter photographs of any building in Northern Ireland that has been listed as Grade A, B+ or B by the UK’s Northern Ireland Environment Agency or scheduled monuments as recorded in the Northern Ireland Sites and Monuments Record.
As a rule of thumb to help you search, important sites older than 1700 are likely to be scheduled monuments and newer than 1700 are likely to be listed buildings.
Some buildings here may also be recognised by the Republic of Ireland as structures of cultural significance, for example by the National Monuments Service or the National Inventory of Architectural Heritage.
If a structure has been listed both by the UK and by the Republic of Ireland, you can enter your photographs of it either via the UK contest or via the Ireland contest (but not both). Both are accessible via the Wiki Loves Monuments app.
